Our
grounds are approximately 11 acres, and
we have a five-bedroomed house on the grounds available for members and
visitors. Each bedroom will sleep at least three, and
contains a
double
bed and at least one single bed. All the usual amenities, such as
bathroom, kitchen, shower, and toilet are available
in the house. Also
provided are all the needs for a stay, such as pots, pans, dishes, etc.
including blankets and linen if needed. We also have a social hall, and
separate ablution block with showers, toilets, and washing
machine.
There are power points for 6 caravans/campervans and plenty of room for
tenting. Heating is provided by a pot-belly stove in the social hall,
and an open fire in the house.
We do not have a swimming
pool, but do have
access to the nearby river (about 10 minutes walk, or 2 minutes drive
away), where we are able to bathe nude. Fortunately, we have a good
rapport with the locals who do not mind us "skinny dipping".
But, remember, if there is any one else there,
make sure you ask if it is okay!
We have recently established a miniten court which can be used by young and old alike in playing this enjoyable game of miniten. So, remember, if you are visiting our grounds, bring your miniten thugs with you.
We have a pool table in the social hall, and petanque and darts available.
