President - Pete Whalan
Pete has been a life long nudist according to his mother who
still reminds him she had given up trying to keep clothes on her
second youngest before he was three. He become
involved in the Naturist movement in the early 90s and is a
member of Pineglades in Canterbury.
An untiring passion for promoting the Naturist Lifestyle has
lead Pete to be responsible for Marketing and Public Relations
at Pineglades and, along with his wife Lesley, a regular
contributor to gonatural magazine with their “Nudie
Foodies” series of articles.
With three teenage children and a business to run, life can be
somewhat of a juggling act for Pete and Lesley but it’s the
Naturist Lifestyle and the old saying “Shed your stress with
your clothes” that puts balance and normality into the mayhem of
it all.
